This service is perfect for clients who want a professionally designed space but prefer to manage purchasing, installation, and coordination themselves. You’ll receive the same thoughtful planning, conceptualization, and collaborative design process as our full-service clients, but with the flexibility to take the reins when it comes to execution.

Studio Luxe provides you with a complete design package; featuring mood boards, renderings, construction drawings, and detailed specification sheets that you can hand directly to your preferred contractor. This ensures you have a clear roadmap to bring your vision to life at your own pace and within your own budget.

DESIGN FEE: $4,000 A ROOM (20h) / $7,000 KITCHEN (35h)
